I have been in the Health & Fitness industry for over 8 years and in that time I have gained the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to get my clients results in the shortest amount of time possible.
The experience I carry provides bespoke training techniques accompanied with tailor made nutritional plans which guarantee my clients success. To be another one of my success stories I need passion and determination. Therefore, before we embark on our journey together I need to believe that you want to change… That this is what you want…? My broad range of knowledge and experience has helped me incorporate various training methods for each and every one of my clients. Whether it’s for strength training, muscle building/shaping & toning, fat loss / weight management or sports specific, I work my clients to their limits and beyond to attain optimal results… Failure isn’t an option!
My name is Barry Hobson, co-founder of VIP Visualise Inspire Perform and I have a passion for helping people, and believe that I can, and will positively influence everyone I train. I will have you performing at the best of your abilities given a little time and dedication You will achieve the results you want, inside and outside of the gym.
I hold a full Personal Trainer Diploma, and CYQ Level 3; in Nutrition and Weight Management; and Lifestyle Fitness Assessment, and Training in Different Environments. I have An NLP diploma and implement techniques learnt with my clients from anchoring, to goal setting. Identifying the real driver for somebody will maximise the results.

I am currently studying for my GP Referral, and Level 4 in diabetes and obesity, and also My NLP Practitioner qualification.
Here is a insight in who I am and what I do… Firstly I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and I am a expert in fat loss and muscle building. I am apart of ACA(Advanced Coaching Academy) I have been in the fitness industry for just under 4 years. In that time I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience that will help you look the best you have ever looked. If it is muscle building, fat loss, to have better mental health, focus or to have a complete lifestyle change I will help you accomplish it. Through the weeks training with me, you will receive support, guidance, nutrition plans specifically created for your goals, and you will be able to contact me when ever you need to, via text, email or phone call. Depending on the sessions you have will depend how much I will contact you through the week, because I will need to make sure that you are keeping on track. I will record your results on your own personal data tracker, which will include measurements at key area’s of your body, weight, body fat, sleep and nutrition. My name is Stuart Rutter, I have a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and newest member to the VIP team. 5 Years ago I asked myself the same questions. My name is Nikki and I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer.
I have been qualified for around 18 months and previous to this I have always had a love of the gym and running, competing in 5k, 10k and Half Marathons.
I love nothing more than helping clients to reach their goals in both fitness and weight loss, seeing the results both physically and mentally.
I also have a passion for boxing and with gloves and pads this is a great stress buster and all round workout and of course very importantly it is fun.
